Custom Orders

Can I add my logo?

Yes, we can add your logo to any of our products. The logo on orders of 23 pieces or less will be laser engraved. All bulk orders of 24 pieces or more will use our debossing method to imprint the logo on the products. See our Materials and Processes page for an in-depth description of these two methods of customization.

Are the custom initials all the same size?

All of the letters for the initials are the same size. We recommend ordering your personalized initials in this sequence: First initial, Middle initial, and Last initial.

What type of logo should I send?

Ideally, we will need a vector file of your logo. Vector files typically end in .ai, .eps, .svg, and .pdf.

What email address should I send my logo to?

Please email us your logo to sales@ooweeproducts.com.

Will I receive an image proof?

Yes, we will send you a digital rendition of the product for you to approve before your order goes into production.

How do I add a gift message to my order?

If you’re purchasing an Oowee Products item as a gift, a personal note can be included at no extra cost. Please email us at sales@ooweeproducts.com to inform us of the occasion, shipping address, and exact text for the personal message to be included in the package.

Materials and Processes

What are the beverage holders made of?

Our beverage holders are made of full-grain leather sourced from tanneries in the USA.

Where are the products made?

All of our leather products are 100% American-made and manufactured in our North Carolina facility. Some of the materials used in our manufacturing process are imported from overseas including blank hats, hardware, and thread.

How do I care for the products I have purchased?

There are two types of leather product owners, one that lets their leather products age and patina with time and one that wants to keep their item looking brand new. We are good either way and want you to enjoy your Oowee Products and be happy with your products for years and years.

If you want to clean your Oowee Products, we recommend our Oowee Leather Cleaner.

If you want to condition your leather, we recommend our Oowee Leather Conditioner.

  1. If your leather gets wet, no worries; let it dry slowly.
  2. If your Leather item gets dry- use our leather conditioner.
  3. If your leather gets dirty, clean it with Oowee Leather Cleaner and then apply our leather conditioner.

Shipping, Returns & Discounts

How long does it take to get my order?

All of our custom products are made to order. Retail orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Larger bulk orders may take longer depending on the quantity ordered.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer quantity-based bulk discounts. See our wholesale page for more information.

What is Oowee’s Lifetime Warranty?

Oowee Products is happy to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. This warranty is for the structure of the leather sleeve only. This includes the failure of the stitching and the leather under normal wear and tear of the product. You must return your product and pay for shipping.

What is the Shipping Policy?

All domestic packages under 10 lbs will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail service. Tracking information will be sent to the order e-mail address once the package has shipped. *Express service available upon request. Additional fees may apply.*

Domestic packages over 10 lbs will be shipped via UPS Ground. The customer will receive their tracking information the day the product ships to the email provided. *Express service available upon request. Additional fees may apply.*

When shipping internationally or outside the continental United States, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and any other additional fees may apply and these are the responsibility of the customer. *Note for International Customers Only: Oowee Products does NOT recommend standard shipping for international shipping as many additional fees are included.

What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

All orders are made to order.

Custom orders will receive an image proof the following business day. Once your image has been approved, there can NOT be any changes to your order. This includes cancellation. There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom products.

“Ready-Made” designs ordered through our website are available for exchanges or refunds.

EXCHANGES: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Include products to be exchanged and the new desired products. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for exchange shipping. *Products must be in new condition.*

RETURNS: Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. *Products must be in new condition.*

What are the order turnaround times?

Standard: 1-3 Days

Bulk: 7-14 Days
