Uploaded image files cannot exceed 20MB or 5000 x 5000 pixels
Logos that are black and white will work best but we can convert color artwork into black and white.
Please upload a file that is not pixelated. Thumbnails, and most images taken from the web, will be too small/not have enough information to properly convert while maintaining legibility.
We can not accept trademarked logos or logos with a copyright symbol.
This includes all college and professional sports teams, business logos, characters and/or likenesses unless you have the right to use the logo.
Initials & Monograms
Add your initials by typing in 1 - 3 letters into the text box. These will appear in the order in which you type them
Select "Make this a Monogram" for a larger center initial. In a traditional monogram, the last name is entered as the second, larger initial.
List the initials in the order you want them printed on your item!
We will print them as initials or Monogram in the order you list the initials.

Product information
We use Full-Grain cowhide leather for our products. Our Material is made to our specifications in US leather Tanneries. We primarily use chrome-tanned leather with a vegetable-retain. Full-grain leather is a type of high-quality leather made from the top layer of cowhide.
All orders are made to order.
Custom orders will receive an image proof the following business day. Once your image has been approved, your order can NOT be changed, including canceled. There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom products.
“Ready-Made” designs ordered through our website are available for exchanges or refunds.
EXCHANGES: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Include products to be exchanged and the new desired products. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for exchange shipping. *Products must be in new condition.*
RETURNS: Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. *Products must be in new condition.*

There are two types of leather product owners, one that lets their leather products age and patina with time and one that wants to keep their item looking brand new. We are good either way and want you to enjoy your Oowee Products and be happy with your products for years and years.
If you want to clean your Oowee Products, we recommend our Oowee Leather Cleaner.
If you want to condition your leather, we recommend our Oowee Leather Conditioner.
- If your leather gets wet, no worries; let it dry slowly.
- If your Leather item gets dry- use our leather conditioner.
- If your leather gets dirty, clean it with Oowee Leather Cleaner and then apply our leather conditioner.
